For veterinary teams

Your clients arrive already prepared.

Veta is free for veterinary practices. Parents bring their pet's entire history with them — no portal, no training, no IT project. You focus on the animal in front of you.

The appointment, start to finish

How Veta fits the workflow you already run.

Before the visit

Parents share their pet's full history

A single link gives you the whole timeline — every past visit, medication, photo, and observation — in a format you can scan in under 60 seconds.

During the visit

Write in the rhythm you already use

Pull up the chart on any device. Your notes sync back into the parent's Veta automatically, with zero double-entry.

After the visit

Discharge flows home with them

Every handout, med label, and follow-up instruction lands in their Veta — structured, searchable, and ready for the next clinic too.

Why clinics use Veta

Quieter intake, better medicine.

~11 minutes saved per appointment

Parents arrive with history already loaded. Less intake time, more diagnostic time.

Fewer missed details

See every prior medication and reaction at a glance — not buried in a prior clinic's portal.

Better continuity of care

Shared custody, multi-clinic care, and specialist referrals all stay coherent in one timeline.

Zero portal fatigue

No new login, no training, no IT project. Parents bring the record to you.

Patterns your parents can't see

Veta flags recurring symptoms and subclinical trends — so you walk in with context.

HIPAA-adjacent, by design

Records are encrypted end-to-end. Parents control access; you see only what they grant.

I stopped asking the same five intake questions. The record is already open when the dog walks in. That alone gave me back almost a full appointment slot a day.

Clinical FAQ

Questions we get from veterinary teams.

Is there a cost to the clinic?
No. Veta is free for veterinary practices — we're paid by the pet parent side. Use it as much as you want, with as many clients as you want.
Do we need to integrate with our PIMS?
Not required. Many clinics use Veta purely as a read-only second pane. If you want deeper sync with Ezyvet, Cornerstone, Provet, Avimark, or IDEXX, we have lightweight integrations in beta — talk to us.
Who owns the records?
The pet parent. You're given viewer / contributor access with their permission, and they can revoke it at any time — the same way they'd revoke access to a shared photo album.
What about liability?
Veta is not a clinical decision-support system and is never positioned as one to parents. We provide triage with explicit severity reads, and every AI response includes a 'call your vet' path when the risk is non-trivial.
Can we refer parents to Veta?
Yes, please. We have a clinic-referral kit (handouts, QR posters, a short explainer video, and a free 3-month Family plan code for each pet). Request it via helloveta.com/contact with the topic set to ‘Veterinarian / clinic’.
